Our Early Career Teachers came together at International School of Bucharest for the final in-person session of the ECT programme.

With 26 participants, the session focused on microteaching — each teacher delivered a 15-minute teaching activity and then received feedback from their colleagues.

It was a valuable opportunity to practise, reflect, and learn from one another in a supportive professional environment. These moments are an important part of the early teaching journey, helping teachers build confidence, strengthen their classroom practice, and grow through meaningful feedback.

A heartfelt thank you to all our Early Career Teachers for their dedication, openness, and active participation throughout the session.

We are proud to support their professional journey as they continue developing as educators.

Our final Education Coordinators meeting of the 2025–2026 academic year took place at ICHB Colentina.

It was a day shaped by dialogue, collaboration, and shared learning. The meeting began with a briefing and discussion session, bringing Education Coordinators together to exchange ideas and look ahead to the next steps in our schools.

One of the most meaningful parts of the day was the wantED session, “Empowering Students at ICHB Colentina”. As both the host school and the presenter of this best practice sharing moment, ICHB Colentina offered a valuable example of how student voice and engagement can become part of a wider professional learning experience.

The programme also included Flash Talks from our coordinators, adding different perspectives and reflections to the day.

A heartfelt thank you to ICHB Colentina for the warm welcome, thoughtful hosting, and inspiring contribution through wantED.

Thank you as well to all our Education Coordinators for their openness, participation, and continued collaboration.

These moments remind us that strong learning communities grow through sharing, listening, and learning together.

Today, we celebrate a meaningful reminder of how education connects communities, generations, and the future.

Inspired by the legacy of Gheorghe Lazăr and the foundations of Romanian education, this day honours the teachers who guide children through their first steps in learning.

At EduZ Learning & Development Hub, we believe that every strong educational journey begins with care, patience, and people who invest in others.

To all primary teachers: thank you for shaping young minds, building confidence, and creating the foundations of tomorrow.

La mulți ani de Ziua Învățătorului!

As part of the Educatie Deschisa article series developed by EduZ Learning & Development Hub and published on educatieprivata.ro, we continue to highlight educational perspectives grounded in authentic school practice.

A recently published contribution brings forward the approach developed within Scoala Spectrum-Ploiesti around active reading, literacy, and meaningful student engagement.

The article, “Lectura activă ca experiență de viață: modele educaționale care îi apropie pe elevi de cărți”, explores how reading can evolve from a school obligation into a deeply personal and formative experience.

A look back at a day full of voices, energy, reflection, and shared learning.

EduZ Conference 2026 brought together a powerful community of students, educators, speakers, and leaders around one central theme: Transforming Learning through Meaningful Student Engagement.

From the opening student role-play to the teacher panel, from Radu Bălănescu’s unforgettable session to the best practice sharing moments led by over 50 speakers, and finally to Leo Thompson’s closing keynote — the day reminded us what becomes possible when educators learn with and from one another.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this meaningful conference experience.

EduZ Conference 2026 was more than an event.
It was a community stepping forward together.

Thank You, ENJOEE — For a Year of Working and Building Together

As we close the chapter on this year’s events — from EduZ Conferences to International Leading Minds Summit, CyberHeroes, NextGen, InfoMatrix and more — we want to take a moment to thank our logistics partner, ENJOEE.

This year had everything: smooth moments, challenging moments, and plenty of learning along the way.

Through all of it, ENJOEE was there — helping with registrations, the event app, the agenda, interaction tools, capturing moments, and sharing the materials everyone needed afterward.

It wasn’t about perfection.

It was about showing up, adapting, and finding solutions together.

And that’s what partnership really means.

Thank you, ENJOEE, for being part of this journey with us.

What a Saturday.
EduZ Conference 2026 brought together a community of educators, students, and leaders — and the result was unforgettable.

We began with a beautiful moment: three students from Școala Spectrum București-Colentina taking the stage to perform a role-play about engagement and disengagement. Their courage, humor, and honesty set the tone for the entire day. They reminded us why student voice matters — because students see things we sometimes miss.

Next came a heartfelt teacher panel, where educators from different backgrounds shared real stories about what engagement looks like in their classrooms. It was honest, emotional, and full of wisdom.

And then the room lit up.
Radu Bălănescu delivered a session so powerful that the audience applauded him back onto the stage. The energy was electric — the kind of moment that stays with you.

The afternoon was a celebration of our community: over 50 speakers, including all departments, sharing best practices, strategies, and hands-on workshops. It was inspiring to see so many educators step forward and offer their experience to their peers.

We ended with a moving keynote from Leo Thompson, who left us inspired, reflective, and ready to take meaningful engagement to the next level.

Thank you to everyone who made this day special.
EduZ Conference 2026 was more than an event — it was a reminder of what we can achieve when we learn together.

We’re excited to share the final group of educators who will take the stage at EduZ Conference 2026 to present their best practices and real classroom experiences.

This second cohort brings together inspiring practitioners who are deeply committed to meaningful student engagement. Their stories reflect creativity, courage, and the everyday realities of teaching — the moments that shape learning, connection, and growth.

From strategies that empower student voice to approaches that build autonomy and motivation, these educators will offer sessions filled with practical insights and authentic examples from their classrooms.

With this announcement, our full lineup of Best Practice Sharing Speakers is now complete — a diverse community of professionals ready to share what works, what matters, and what truly makes a difference for students.

Thank you to every educator who stepped forward to contribute.
EduZ Conference 2026 is shaping up to be an inspiring space for learning, sharing, and connection.
