Akazi Kanoze Access empowers Rwandan youth with the necessary tools and resources to enter into productive employment.

The Rwandan Youth Work Readiness Curriculum provides youth with the foundational skills and knowledge necessary to become healthy, productive workers and participants in civic and community affairs. It is participatory, active, and hands-on so that the youth are actively engaged in the learning process, have the opportunity to practice and enhance new skills and gain the self-confidence necessary

Our team has been conducting lesson observation on the use of WRN audio program in Level 3 from different schools that are beneficiaries of BRITE Project. The team also conducted coaching sessions to trainers on the e-lesson observed and met with representatives trainees who shared how BRITE's e-learning materials have impacted their learning; successes, challenges and recommendations.
