"Imana ishaka ko dusobanukirwa ukuri kwayo ku rugero rwose ubwenge bwacu bushobora kwakira." (Signs of the Times, April 25, 1906)

Inshingano yo kugarura icya cumi ni itegeko rusange; kumenya aho icyo cya cumi kigomba gushyikirizwa ni amabwiriza yihariye. Ihame ryo kugarura icya cumi rireba abantu bose, ariko uko rishyirwa mu bikorwa bishobora gusaba ubushishozi n'ubushobozi bwo gutandukanya ibintu buyobowe n'Umwuka w'Imana.

The duty to return tithe is the general order; discerning the proper channel for that tithe is the specific order. The principle is universal, while the application may require spiritual discernment.

The general order comes from Scripture. The specific order involves applying that biblical principle under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
A balanced approach is: Never use "specific leading" to ignore a clear biblical principle.
Never turn a specific application into a universal rule for everyone else. Keep Christ and the advancement of His gospel at the center of both the principle and its application.

Amafaranga afite agaciro gakomeye, kubera ko ashobora gukora ibyiza bikomeye. Ibyo dutunze byose ni iby'Uwiteka, kandi tuzamusobanurira uko tubikoresha. Mu mikoreshereze y'ifaranga iryo ariryo ryose, bizagaragara niba dukunda Imana kuruta byose cyangwa niba dukunda bagenzi bacu nk'uko twikunda. Ubutumwa ku basore, p.304

We may work hard to produce external goodness, but external goodness isn't righteousness, and it doesn't count with God. It's Who you know, p.59

Imana izi ubushobozi bwacu, kandi izi ibyo igomba kudushinga. Ku muntu usanzwe ari umugaragu ukiranuka hatangwa iri tegeko ngo: "Nimumuhe inshingano zirushijeho gukomera." Igihe agaragaje ko akiranuka kuri iyo nshingano nayo, hongera gutangwa itegeko ngo "Mumushinge ibindi birushijeho gukomera." When Christ is welcomed into the heart:
1.Heaven begins in the soul.
2.Peace replaces fear.
3.Righteousness becomes internal.
4.Obedience flows from love.
5.The kingdom of God is established within.

Jesus is our peace (Ephesians 2:14). True peace comes from receiving Jesus and allowing Him to reign in the heart.
