His contributions have been invaluable, particularly in the successful relocation of the school to its current premises and his extensive work with government authorities, educational portals, and Ministry of Education requirements, including the school's annual licensing and regulatory processes.

Our talented students proudly represented the Sri Lankan International School Riyadh (SLISR) at the International Children's Festival held at Riyadh Turkish International School on 23rd April 2026.

The event brought together children from diverse cultures and backgrounds, providing a wonderful platform to celebrate unity, friendship, and the rich cultural heritage of different nations. Our students captivated the audience with their confidence, enthusiasm, and exceptional talent, making the entire SLISR community proud.

Adding to this memorable experience, the Principal and representatives of Riyadh Turkish International School recently visited SLISR to personally convey their appreciation and gratitude for our students' outstanding performance at the festival. Their visit reflected the strong bond of friendship, mutual respect, and cultural collaboration between our two schools.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our dedicated teachers, supportive parents, and hardworking students whose commitment and teamwork made this achievement possible.

Today was a special and exciting Painting Day, a moment our children had been eagerly looking forward to.

Children's imaginations are limitless, and they need ample space to express their thoughts, ideas, and creativity. Providing a large area for painting allows them the freedom to explore their imagination without boundaries and bring their unique ideas to life. Opportunities like these are rare and valuable for young learners.

Today, our little artists were given the chance to express themselves freely through colors and creativity. They thoroughly enjoyed the experience, filling the space with beautiful artwork, enthusiasm, and joy.

🌟 GLOBAL KIDS FESTIVAL 2026 🌟

Sri Lankan International School Riyadh proudly celebrated the vibrant talents of our youngest stars at the Global Kids Festival 2026, held on 23rd May 2026.

The event showcased a series of captivating performances by students from Play School, Kindergarten, Grade 1, and Grade 2, who illuminated the stage with their confidence, creativity, and enthusiasm. Their remarkable performances reflected the dedication of our teachers and the unwavering support of parents.

We were deeply honoured to welcome our Chief Guest, Mrs. Meera Rahman, Principal of the International Indian School Riyadh, and our Guest of Honour, Mrs. Lori Cali, Director of DBE, UK, whose presence added great value and inspiration to the occasion.

The celebration was further graced by the esteemed members of the Board of Directors of SLISR, Principal Dr. Rukshan Razak, Deputy Principals, Vice Principals, teachers, parents, and well-wishers who gathered to witness and applaud the achievements of our young performers.

The Global Kids Festival was more than a stage performance—it was a celebration of learning, confidence, creativity, and the limitless potential of every child.
