For the past 5 months, our Secondary 3 student leaders have been learning, growing, and soaking up every bit of wisdom from their alumni mentors in preparation for the Leadership Training Camp. ๐งฝโจ
Long before the camp began, they were hard at work behind the scenesโdesigning activities, crafting props, and bringing ideas to life to create a meaningful experience for their juniors. ๐ ๏ธ๐จ
When camp finally arrived, they stepped confidently into the role of trainers. Guided by their alumni mentors, our Secondary 3 leaders facilitated challenges, led discussions, and delivered lessons in creative and engaging ways, inspiring their fellow Dunmanites to grow as individuals and as a team. ๐ช๐ฅ
More than just a camp, it was a powerful demonstration of leadership in actionโwhere one generation of Dunmanites invests in the next.
From Alumni, to Secondary 3s, to Secondary 2s, this is truly a camp for Dunmanites, by Dunmanites. โค๏ธ๐
