NParks conducted a City in Nature talk at our Fernvale Primary branch, sharing how Singapore has become one of the world’s greenest cities. Students learned about six decades of greening efforts that have created thriving parks and natural spaces, weaving nature into our urban environment and bringing it closer to everyday life. 🌿🌱🌳

This June, our centres embarked on a Learning Journey to the National Museum of Singapore. Students explored the Singapore Odyssea exhibition, gaining a deeper appreciation of our nation’s rich heritage and resilience through time. They also discovered the wonders of the sea at Once Upon A Tide, where stories of maritime folklore and lessons on marine biodiversity inspired curiosity and responsibility towards caring for our environment. 😎🚌🌊✨

Hooray! The June holidays are here! 🎉
With Sports Day as our theme this month, students took part in Minute to Win It: Critical Thinking Games and enjoyed energetic outdoor games and kids’ workouts. They also explored music appreciation activities and learned strategies to manage their emotions. To keep minds engaged, our daily current affairs sharing sessions connected students with news and happenings across Singapore.

As the school term comes to a close, our students wrapped up May’s Family Day theme with beautiful flower bouquets in Enrichment. In Outdoor Sports, they continued practising their Captain’s Ball skills while enjoying lively indoor games. Meanwhile, in Character Development, lessons on self‑control and “I can think about what I know” encouraged thoughtful reflection and personal growth.

This week, our students enjoyed a mix of activities that nurtured both heart and mind. In Enrichment, they created Gift Boxes of Love, filled with notes to express appreciation for their loved ones. Out on the court for Outdoor, they sharpened their shooting skills through energetic rounds of Captain’s Ball. In Character Development, they explored the importance of staying organised, using memory effectively and engaged in weekly sharing sessions' reading and discussing news to strengthen their awareness. 🧐💪📰✨

It’s May and our theme is Family Day! 💌 This week's Enrichment, our students penned heartfelt Letters of Love to show appreciation for their loved ones. In Outdoor sports, they sharpened their footwork in Captain’s Ball and had fun with Hot Potato during structured play. In Character Development, they learned the importance of staying organised and using their memory effectively making a wonderful mix of skills, play and gratitude all in one week!

This week, our students continued exploring the Earth Day theme through a variety of engaging activities. In Character Development, they worked on strengthening study habits and applying memory lessons to their learning. Enrichment sessions highlighted creativity, with students composing eco-themed poetry. Sports added energy and teamwork to the week, as students practiced bowling and enjoyed the fast-paced rally tic-tac-toe game. Altogether, making the Earth Day focus both meaningful and fun. 🌍😎✨
