SLOW AGING?
Please don’t swallow NMN just because your idol got paid to say that it’s good while skipping the basics:
🏃 Move your body regularly.
Minimally 30 minute of cardio
Add muscle building if you can
Add agility and flexibility movements
🌱 Eat more whole plant foods.
Get 400 g of fruits and vegetables
Get that 25-35g of fiber
Avoid regular alcohol 🍷
🧘 Meditate to clear built-up stress and emotions.
30 minutes of quiet sitting doing nothing is going to do miracles to our mental health
😴 Sleep well.
Yes yes zzzzzz
If one is not doing these, what’s the point of looking for a shortcut in a capsule called NMN?

I see history repeating itself.
The first emperor of a unified China was obsessed with avoiding death.
He searched far and wide for the elixir of immortality.
He died in his search at a young age.
He took too much of heavy metals thinking they’ll win him longevity.
Let’s us spread the right message so l history doesn’t repeat.

I just saw a famous celebrity advertisement - that is very misleading
She talks about her cancer diagnosis
Then explains how cool NMN pills are in anti aging for cells and go on to promote a brand on NMN pills.
I have been keeping quiet about the viral spread of NMN and this misleading advertisement pushed that button in me to voice out
I just want to do my very small part to help those those have affinity with me.
Please know that the benefits of NMN is still at the hypothetical stage. And because these celebrities are receiving payments to promote them many layman are now taking them.
It breaks my heart to observe this.
Please do not take NMN pills 💊
For the sake of your own health , our family’s health, please 🙏
