“He picks up his own books.”
“He enjoys doing revision by himself without us having to tell him what to do.”
For Seyf's parents, these moments became signs of something bigger. A child who genuinely enjoys learning and takes ownership of his own learning journey.
Since joining Josiah Montessori in N2, Seyf has grown into a self-directed learner who approaches learning with curiosity and initiative. His parents saw this reflected not only in his growing confidence and reading development, but also in how prepared he is for Primary 1.
What stood out most to them was that learning never felt like drilling or repetition. Through Montessori and our Music • Arts • Performance (MAP) Programme, Seyf was encouraged to explore, discover, and enjoy the process of learning.
Thank you, Farah and Adi, for your trust and partnership over the years ❤️ It has been a joy watching Seyf grow, and we wish him every success in his exciting journey ahead!

This Mother’s Day, our Infant Care spaces were filled with gentle laughter, music, sensory play, and sweet moments of connection between mothers and their children.
Every little activity became a chance to slow down, share cuddles, explore together, and create memories that both mother and child can hold close to their hearts.
Thank you to all the lovely mothers who celebrated with us. We’re so grateful to be part of these precious early memories ❤️

Throughout our Mother’s Day celebrations, there were many small moments that quietly stood out 🌷✨
Little hands carefully making something for someone they love.
Singing just a little louder because Mum is watching.
Holding her hand as they move from game to game.
This Mother’s Day, our centres were filled with these heartfelt moments as children and mothers spent the day together. Watching them laugh, create, and simply enjoy each other’s company reminded us how meaningful these shared moments can be.
Thank you to all our wonderful mums for joining us at the celebration, and for the love, care, and presence you give so generously each day ❤️ Your love makes all the difference in your child’s life, and we see it so clearly in the way they grow each day.

Happy Mother’s Day!🌷
Today, we celebrate the incredible love, care, and heart that mothers pour into their children each day. The quiet sacrifices, steady presence, and everyday devotion that build the foundation of a child’s confidence long before they ever enter a classroom.
So much of a child’s world is shaped by a mother’s love, and we see it reflected in every child who comes through our doors. ❤️

The corn mill didn’t faze them. Neither did the fish. 🌽🐟
Because when you’ve spent months pouring, scooping, and transferring in the classroom, confidence follows you everywhere.
This is Montessori Practical Life in action. Real work with real tools builds real mastery. By the time our children meet the world, their hands and minds are already ready for it.

At Josiah, stories are not just read. They are experienced 🌼
The Very Hungry Caterpillar was brought to life through textures, movement and hands-on exploration, inviting our little ones to touch, explore and engage.
Rather than simply filling time with many activities, we approach each activity with intention, thoughtfully planning experiences for our babies in Josiah.
Through these guided experiences, each day unfolds in care, curiosity and discovery.

“He has no fear being on stage.”
“He picks up his own toys now.”
“He knows how to look out for himself.”
These moments say a lot. They show a child growing in confidence, independence, and awareness.
At Josiah, we see this in everyday moments, in how children try things on their own, build routines, and become more sure of themselves over time.
That confidence also shows up through our Musical Arts Programme (MAP), where children are given opportunities to express themselves through music, movement, and performance.
We’re so glad to see these changes show up not just in the classroom, but in how children carry themselves each day.
Thank you, Genevieve and Andrew, for your kind review and trust in us ❤️ We’re so glad to be part of Ethan’s journey and wish him all the best in his next chapter!

This Easter, even the tiniest hands found joy in little discoveries 🐰❤️
From soft textures to bright colors, every moment invited curiosity, wonder, and delight. The children explored at their own pace, noticing new shapes, colors, and sounds along the way.
Celebrations at Josiah Montessori aren’t just about the day. They’re about the first sparks of learning shared with friends and the small joys that make each moment memorable ✨

Easter at Josiah Montessori was filled with moments both big and small, each offering something different for the children to experience 🐰🌷
Across a variety of activities, the Easter egg hunt stood out as a highlight—full of excitement, but also quiet moments of thinking and decision-making.
As they searched, the children were observing, problem-solving, and making choices—learning when to keep going, even when something wasn’t easily found.
More than collecting eggs, they were collecting moments of excitement, focus, and discovery together. ✨
