Today, let's introduce and acknowledge one of our key faculty members, Associate Trainer, Mr.Samuel Francis.

Popular among trainees for his knowledge and engaging delivery of courses, Samuel brings 8 years of experience as Head of Department at a security agency.

In that role, he led operations, managed a large team of security personnel, and ensured compliance with industry regulations and standards. He was responsible for developing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, delivering staff training, managing client relationships, and handling incidents effectively. He improved operational efficiency, maintained high service quality, and built strong, long-term partnerships with clients. The role gave him solid expertise in both frontline security and overall department management, which he now shares with our trainees.

We are happy to have conducted a Basic Counselling Skills (2 days) course for the operations staff of Metropolis Security. 👍👍

This course helped the participants learn about self-awareness and imparted essential communication skills that are crucial in their line of work as they need to manage security guards, talk to various people and handle guest/visitor complaints often.
