Ground reaction force: many golfers try too many lower-body drills and end up overusing their body.

A drill is just a training method. In reality, professional golfers use only a very subtle feeling, and in actual shots it is applied naturally and unconsciously.

1. At address, avoid trying to “dig” or press the feet into the ground like in a bunker for stability. If you press the feet into the ground too much, you already lose the ability to use ground reaction force. Pros always set up with light footwork, almost like walking.
2. A drill is only for training—do not try to consciously apply it during the actual shot.
3. At setup, the left foot should be slightly open so the left knee can move toward the target and the left hip can open more easily.
4. If you are consciously trying to “step on” the ground, it usually means ground reaction force is already happening naturally and unconsciously.

1. 어드레스시 안정감있게 셋업을 잡으려고 벙커처럼 발을 묻지 말기(땅에 비비지않기) 발을 묻으면 이미 지면반력을 못씀 . 프로들은 항상 셋업시 발을 걷듯이 가볍게 걸음(풋워크)

2.드릴은 훈련일뿐 실제 샷에서는 적용 시키지않기

3. 셋업시 왼발을 열어두어야 왼무릎이 타깃쪽으로 열리고 왼골반이 잘 열림

4.발바닥을 밟을수있다면 이미 지면반력은 무의식적으로 쓰일 확률이 큼
