Day 2 at the Sierra Leone Mining Week was marked by impactful engagements and strategic discussions with key stakeholders across the mining, private, energy, and public sectors.
Milestone Technology College held productive discussions with Andrew Keili of CEMMATS Group LTD, a leading multidisciplinary consultancy delivering engineering, mining, energy, and environmental management services across Sierra Leone and West Africa.
The college also engaged with representatives from Ecobank, GEMFair, Leone Afric Mining Company, Aminata and Sons, Conex Energy, Ministry of Tourism, Sierra Leone Road Safety Authority, Sierra Leone Ports Authority, Sierra Leone Commercial Bank, National Revenue Authority, and several other institutions and organizations.
These engagements focused on building strategic partnerships aimed at delivering technical and professional training programs to strengthen workforce capacity, enhance competencies, and support institutional growth.

Day 1 at the Sierra Leone Mining Week was highly impactful and filled with meaningful engagements for Milestone Technology College.
The event was officially launched by the Honorable Vice President of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Honourable Juldeh Jalloh, who was taken on a conducted tour by the Hon. Minister of Mines and Mineral Resources, accompanied by the Deputy Minister of Mines and Mineral Resources, the Director General of the National Minerals Agency, and other senior government officials. During his visit to the Milestone Technology College booth, the Vice President expressed a strong interest in our initiatives and requested a follow-up meeting with his office to discuss our programs and impact further.
The day also included meetings with key industry stakeholders, including Sierra Rutile Limited, Sierra Leone Mines and Minerals Development and Management Corporation, and Lucient Engineering and Construction, who showed strong interest in exploring partnership opportunities with the college.
These engagements show Milestone Technology College's growing influence in technical and professional training, especially in connecting academic theory with practical industry expertise. Through our active involvement and strategic collaborations, we remain committed to developing competent workforces, strengthening institutional systems, and supporting organizations to achieve their collective goals.

On Day 1 and the official opening of the Sierra Leone Mining Week, the Honourable Vice President Dr. Juldeh Jalloh, accompanied by the Minister and Deputy Minister of Mines, the NMA Director General, and senior officials, visited the Milestone Technology College booth. The Vice President commended the college's impact on technical training and workforce development, requesting direct future engagement with his office to support their mission of bridging academic theory with practical industry expertise.
