Examination Council to Release P8 Results Tomorrow

The National Examination Council (NEC) has revealed plans to discuss and approve the results of the Certificate of Primary Education (CPE) 2025 examination tomorrow.

According to the invitation extended to the media, the NEC is set to convene a meeting tomorrow to discuss the results.

“The National Examination Council cordially invites all media houses to cover the 22nd Ordinary Meeting of the Council. The main agenda of the meeting is to discuss and approve the results of the Certificate of Primary Education (CPE) 2025 examination for release,” the invite partly read.

This development followed the recent meeting between the President and the Minister of General Education.

Congratulations to Ustaz Bartholomew Padhiik Bedit Tutdel, Principal of Matariah Adventist Learning Centre (Cairo) Egypt, on his appointment as Country Coordinator of Juba Joint Mock Examination Board. Juba Joint Mock Examination is currently being conducted in the three South Sudan states of Central Equatoria, Jonglei, and Eastern Equatoria. The 8 Egypt schools will sit for the forthcoming Juba Joint Mock Examination to be held on Monday, 24th August, 2026.

Breaking News: The Ministry of General Education has released the 2026 school calendar.

Schools across the country will reopen on February 2, 2026, and the year will end on December 18, 2026.

Here are the term dates:

- First Term: Feb 2 - May 18
- Second Term: June 1 - Sept 4
- Third Term: Sept 21 - Dec 18

Minister Kuyok Abol Kuyok urges all schools to follow these dates and students to be on time.
