APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION FOR HONORARY RECOGNITION

LEADERSHIP SUMMIT 2026

Following a review of the recommendation submitted for Engr. Chol Philip Kuer, it is hereby formally approved that he be conferred an award at the Leadership Summit 2026 in recognition of his outstanding achievements and contributions in leadership, education, and enterprise development.

The approval is based on his distinguished accomplishments, including:

1. Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Teachers Without Borders Association -TBA, contributing to educational outreach and professional development for educators.

2. Co-Founder and Secretary General of the Board of Directors of Blue Nile Nursery, Primary and Secondary School, supporting foundational and secondary education development.

3. Founder of Destiny Builders Construction Company, demonstrating leadership and entrepreneurship in the construction and infrastructure sector.

In view of the above contributions, Engr. Chol Philip Kuer is hereby approved for recognition for his exemplary leadership, commitment to community development, and impact across education and enterprise sectors.
