Today’s discussion centred on the topic: “Women should have the responsibility to pay for their own dowry in South Sudanese marriages.”

After a thorough debate, the house reached a consensus that, according to biblical principles, men are called to take care of women. Therefore, the responsibility of paying dowry rests with the man.

Our female staff are very happy with the ruling 😂🙏
