What a beautiful weekend at Run WiLD Eswatini. We’re so grateful for the chance to share our conservation work at the Savannah Research Centre and to connect with so many inspiring people along the trails.

Congratulations to Run Wild Eswatini for such a wonderful event, to the runners for their spirit, sponsors and to our team for showing up with heart.

Here’s a moment from the Savannah Research Centre where our Conservation Coordinator, Mduduzi, shares powerful insights with students from Auburn University about the iconic Marula tree.

From its vital role in the ecosystem to its deep cultural and spiritual significance in Eswatini, the Amarula tree is more than just a tree. It’s a symbol of connection between people, nature, and tradition. πŸŒπŸ’š

Today we found a White-browed scrub-robin caught in one of our rodent traps. Thankfully, we were able to free it safely.

We are very happy volunteers! We learnt a lot in the company of a charming team and in the heart of a magnificent reserve. The graceful giraffes, stealthy genets and temperamental zebras were very cooperative! We look forward to coming back.
