As part of the CBS Visit Program on May 1, students had the opportunity to experience another dimension of learning through a special visit to 'Elephant Jungle Sanctuary', a business operated by one of our GLOBIS Thailand students.

Dedicated to ethical tourism and elephant welfare, the sanctuary provides rescued elephants with a safe and sustainable home in Thailand. Through hands-on activities such as elephant bathing and a mud spa experience, students gained practical insights into ethical tourism and sustainable business, while sharing meaningful experiences together. 🐘✨

CBS Visit Program in Bangkok 2026

From April 28–30, GLOBIS Thailand welcomed 41 participants, including 24 CBS students, to Bangkok for this year’s CBS Visit Program, exploring Social Innovation in Thailand together with our lecturer Jake Pratley, Director of GLOBIS Asia Pacific.

Across three days, students turned insights into real-world understanding through company visits, lectures, and workshops. At the Bank of Thailand, they explored how innovations in banknote materials balance efficiency and sustainability. At BTS Group, they gained insights into scaling carbon-neutral urban transport. At Flo (Advanced Greenfarm), they discovered how precision aquaculture is shaping more sustainable food solutions.

Delivered by educators from the Chulalongkorn Business School (CBS) MBA program, the program combined academic perspectives with real-world insights. Beyond the visits, it also created space for meaningful conversations, reflection, and the exchange of ideas across diverse backgrounds.
