ตามที่ได้มีประกาศแจ้งปิดให้บริการ Call Center ชั่วคราว
ในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 21 มิถุนายน 2569 นั้น

ขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่า
การปิดระบบเมนไฟฟ้าของอาคารการเรียนรู้พหุวิทยาการ (N16) ได้ถูกยกเลิกแล้ว

ดังนั้น บริการ Call Center หมายเลข 📞 02-470-9444 หรือ 111
จะเปิดให้บริการตามปกติ ในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 21 มิถุนายน 2569

📢 Notification of University Email System Migration (Exchange) to Microsoft 365 for Staff
The Computer Center, KMUTT, would like to inform all staff members that the University's staff email system will be migrated from Exchange On-Premises to Microsoft 365. This migration aims to enhance productivity, increase storage capacity, and improve service reliability.
📅 New System Go-Live Date
29 June 2026 onwards

⚠️ Important Information
✅ Existing emails, mailboxes, and contact lists will be automatically migrated to the new system.
✅ You can continue using your current Username and Password to sign in.
✅ Users who access email through Outlook, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, Mail on macOS, or mobile email applications will need to reconfigure their email accounts.

❗ Important Notice
Please do not remove your existing email account or configure Microsoft 365 before 29 June 2026, as the new email service will not yet be available.

📢 แจ้งการย้ายระบบอีเมลมหาวิทยาลัย (Exchange) สู่ Microsoft 365 สำหรับบุคลากร
สำนักคอมพิวเตอร์ มจธ. ขอแจ้งให้บุคลากรทุกท่านทราบว่า มหาวิทยาลัยจะดำเนินการย้ายระบบอีเมลบุคลากรจาก Exchange On-Premises สู่ Microsoft 365 เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน พื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูล และความเสถียรในการให้บริการ

สำนักคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี จัดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภายในองค์กร เพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนาแนวทางการวัดประสิทธิผลของงานบริการผ่านแนวคิด Overall Service Effectiveness (OSE)

การสัมมนาครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดที่สามารถสะท้อนผลการดำเนินงานได้อย่างเหมาะสม การนำข้อมูลมาใช้ในการติดตาม วิเคราะห์ และปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการบริการและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงาน

– Only the alumni email service will remain

👉 If you still have important files, documents, photos, or emails, please back up and transfer them in advance.

➡️ to a personal account or an external hard disk

If you have used your University email address to register for
social media, streaming services, banking services, or other online platforms,
