รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ปราถนา ปุณณกิติเกษม คณบดีวิทยาลัยการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ให้การต้อนรับ Professor Dr. Dirk Morschett Chair for International Management, University of Fribourg, Switzerland และนักศึกษาจาก University of Fribourg ประเทศสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ ในโอกาสเข้าร่วมโครงการ “Asian management seminar” ณ วิทยาลัยการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

ภายในกิจกรรม ได้รับเกียรติจาก Assoc. Prof. Dr. Astrid Kainzbauer ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์ กล่าวแนะนำหลักสูตรและโปรแกรมการอบรม ในหัวข้อ “Cross-cultural Management: Asian and Western” โดยหลักสูตรนี้คือการอบรมที่ช่วยให้ผู้เข้าใจความแตกต่างด้านวัฒนธรรมในการทำงานระหว่างประเทศใน เอเชีย และ ตะวันตก เพื่อให้สามารถสื่อสาร ทำงานร่วมกัน และบริหารทีมข้ามวัฒนธรรมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ช่วยลดความเข้าใจผิดในการทำงานกับชาวต่างชาติ เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานร่วมกัน และพัฒนาทักษะการเป็นผู้นำในองค์กรระดับสากล

นอกจากนี้ นักศึกษายังได้รับฟังการบรรยายในหัวข้อ “Negotiating in Asia” โดยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ตฤณ ธนานุศักดิ์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัย วิทยาลัยการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ซึ่งได้ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการเจรจาต่อรองในบริบทของภูมิภาคเอเชีย อันเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาทักษะด้านการจัดการในระดับสากล
ทั้งนี้ โครงการดังกล่าวมุ่งส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านวิชาการและการจัดการระหว่างนักศึกษาต่างชาติและวิทยาลัยการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ตลอดจนสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางการศึกษาและความเข้าใจอันดีระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษาในระดับนานาชาติ

วันที่ 20 มิถุนายน 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ปรารถนา ปุณณกิติเกษม คณบดีวิทยาลัยการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน CMMU Impact Seminar Series ในหัวข้อ: AI x Martech: The Future of Consumer Understanding “อนาคตของการเข้าใจผู้บริโภคในโลก AI” ซึ่งได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณศิริพงศ์ เตียวพิพิธพร ผู้ก่อตั้งและที่ปรึกษาด้านการตลาดดิจิทัล บริษัท อินโฟเทค เมคเกอร์ จำกัด และนักศึกษหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจดุษฎีบัณฑิต (DBA) วิทยาลัยการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล บรรยาย ถ่ายทอดความรู้แก่นักศึกษาและผู้เข้าร่วมงาน โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พัลลภา ปีติสันต์ หัวหน้าสาขาการตลาด และ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. วินัย วงศ์สุรวัฒน์ ประธานหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจดุษฎีบัณฑิต (DBA) เข้าร่วมงานด้วย ณ ลานอเนกประสงค์ CMMU Practice ชั้น 7 วิทยาลัยการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล วิภาวดี-ดินแดง

📢 CMMU Sustainability Research Shakes Up Global Sustainability Agenda, Setting Future Course at Stockholm School of Economics

BANGKOK, THAILAND (June 20, 2026) – The College of Management, Mahidol University (CMMU) has reinforced its status as a world-class hub for corporate sustainability. Its Corporate Sustainability Mindset model has been prominently featured as a foundational pillar for future research in a doctoral dissertation at the prestigious Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) in Sweden.

The PhD dissertation, titled "Procurement for Social Sustainability: Manoeuvring Tensions and Enabling Systemic Interventions in Supply Networks" by Dr. Sven-Anders Stegare (2026), investigates deep structural failures in supply systems, such as labor exploitation and modern slavery. To address how global managers make choices when facing immense commercial pressures and limited corporate control, the SSE study points directly to the pioneering work in 2025 of CMMU's Nitith Wattanaphak, Mahidol University Doctoral Research Fellow, and his advisor Sooksan Kantabutra. The SSE study highlights CMMU's research as the essential roadmap for decoding the normative and ethical dimensions of global supply chains. It advocates utilizing the CMMU framework to explore how an individual's sustainability mindset influences complex, high-stakes decision-making.

Integrating Psychology with Supply Chain Management, the CMMU scholars provide the global academic community with a comprehensive definition and structural model for this cognitive shift. They define a corporate sustainability mindset as an individual's cognitive and emotional alignment with sustainability ideologies, which directly reflects their intrinsic values, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors concerning the well-being of all. Crucially, the CMMU model points out that developing this mindset requires a deep systems perspective and relies heavily on Transformative Learning rather than simple operational checklists. It tracks how deep psychological shifts translate into concrete, measurable behavioral actions within complex organizational settings.

"Being cited as a future blueprint by an institution as elite as SSE is an immense honor that validates our college's global vision," said Assoc. Prof. Dr. Prattana Punnakitikashem, Dean of CMMU. "This recognition proves that CMMU sustainability research is evidently making an impact at top institutions around the world. Our research into sustainable development models does not merely catalog past trends—it actively shapes where the global scientific community is heading next."

Adding to the Dean, "traditional supply chain tools like audits are no longer enough to stop labor exploitation and the like," stated Nitith Wattanaphak, co-developer of the model and Doctoral Research Fellow at the CMMU Center for Research on Sustainable Leadership. "Real change happens when organizations cultivate an inner ethical framework. Our model focuses on how a sustainability mindset guides managers when control is low but stakes are high. We are deeply honored that the elite Stockholm School of Economics recognizes this cognitive shift as the next frontier for sustainable procurement."

In the meantime, the CMMU scholars are actively testing and validating this model on the ground in Thailand. By gathering empirical evidence from diverse Thai business environments and supply networks, this ongoing research will provide actionable strategies that improve corporate responsibility and sustainability. Since global supply chains are deeply interconnected, the insights and localized findings generated from this trial will ultimately benefit the entire world, offering an adaptable framework for global corporate environments.

By bridging macro-level supply chain management with micro-level ethical mindsets, CMMU's sustainability research provides a practical lifeline for international corporations struggling with modern regulatory compliance and corporate social responsibility (CSR) failures. This international milestone cements CMMU's ongoing mission to deliver actionable management insights that champion social equity, environmental health, and long-term economic durability on the global stage.

วันที่ 17–18 มิถุนายน 2569 วิทยาลัยการจัดการผนึกกำลังกับสถาบันบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม(iNT) เพื่อสร้างสรรค์เมล็ดพันธ์ความยั่งยืน โดยในงานนี้ รศ. ดร. ณัฐวุฒิ พิมพา ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายการพัฒนาเพื่อความยั่งยืนเป็นตัวแทนจาก วิทยาลัยการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ได้เข้าร่วม กิจกรรม Mahidol SDGs Impact Challenge : 2 Day Bootcamp
โดยได้มีการจัดกิจกรรมบรรยายเพื่อให้ความรู้ ในช่วงหัวข้อ Designing for SDGs & Impact ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักศึกษาในการออกแบบโครงการและนวัตกรรมที่ตอบสนองต่อเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs)

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวมุ่งเน้นการสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการคิดเชิงออกแบบ (Design Thinking) การวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบทางสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม ตลอดจนการพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานที่สามารถสร้างคุณค่าและผลลัพธ์เชิงบวกต่อสังคมอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม โดยเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้ผ่านการบรรยายเชิงปฏิบัติการ การแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ และการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม

ระหว่างวันที่ 17–18 มิถุนายน 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ปรารถนา ปุณณกิติเกษม คณบดีวิทยาลัยการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล พร้อมด้วย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุเทพ นิ่มสาย รองคณบดีฝ่ายสนับสนุนการศึกษาและวิชาการ และ ดร.เกรียงไกร ตั้งคุณสมบัติ ผู้ช่วยคณบดีส่วนรับรองและประกันคุณภาพ เข้าร่วมการประชุมวิชาการ Asia Pacific Accreditation Conference 2026 ณ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จัดโดย AACSB International เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ที่พัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาระดับนานาชาติ และแนวโน้มสำคัญที่กำลังส่งผลต่อการศึกษาด้านบริหารธุรกิจ ตลอดจนติดตามความก้าวหน้าของ AACSB Global Standards 2026 ซึ่งเป็นกรอบสำคัญในการส่งเสริมความเป็นเลิศของสถาบันการศึกษาในระดับสากล

การประชุมครั้งนี้เปิดโอกาสให้คณบดี และผู้บริหารจากวิทยาลัยการจัดการ ได้แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองและประสบการณ์จากผู้บริหารสถาบันการศึกษา นักวิชาการ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการรับรองคุณภาพจากทั่วภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิก ผ่านการบรรยาย เสวนา และกิจกรรมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ พร้อมทั้งเรียนรู้แนวปฏิบัติที่ดีด้านการบริหารจัดการในยุคดิจิทัล และการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีและปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนและยกระดับผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น

นอกจากนี้ทางวิทยาลัยยังได้รับเชิญจาก Prof. Geoff Perry, Executive Vice President, Chief Officer Asia Pacific, Americas and Membership, AACSB เพื่อเข้าร่วมประชุม Thai Schools Regional Meeting ซึ่งเป็นการเปิดเวทีให้ผู้บริหารสถาบันการศึกษาด้านบริหารธุรกิจในประเทศไทยแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ด้านการรับรองคุณภาพ การพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา และแนวโน้มสำคัญของภาคการศึกษา พร้อมส่งเสริมความร่วมมือเพื่อยกระดับความเป็นเลิศด้านการศึกษาบริหารธุรกิจของสถาบันการศึกษาในประเทศไทยร่วมกัน

องค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับจะนำมาต่อยอดในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ส่งเสริมกระบวนการดำเนินงานและการประกันคุณภาพของวิทยาลัย ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของ CMMU ในการพัฒนาอย่างไม่หยุดยั้ง ยึดมั่นในมาตรฐานสากล และมุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศด้านการศึกษาการจัดการ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษาสำหรับอนาคต พร้อมทั้งสร้างคุณค่าและผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อองค์กรและสังคมต่อไป

From 17–18 June 2026, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Prattana Punnakitikashem, Dean of the College of Management, Mahidol University (CMMU), together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Suthep Nimsai, Deputy Dean for Academic and Academic Affairs, and Dr. Kriengkrai Tankoonsombut, Assistant Dean for Accreditation and Quality Assurance, participated in the Asia Pacific Accreditation Conference 2026 in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The conference was organized by AACSB International and brought together business education leaders and quality assurance professionals from across the Asia-Pacific region.

The conference provided valuable opportunities for the CMMU delegation to learn from leading business schools and accreditation experts. The delegation explored current developments in management education, exchanged experiences on quality assurance and continuous improvement, and gained insights into the latest AACSB Global Standards 2026, as well as the growing role of technology and AI in higher education.

During the conference, the CMMU delegation joined a special session “Thai Schools Regional Meeting,” facilitated by Prof. Geoff Perry, Executive Vice President and Chief Officer for Asia Pacific, Americas, and Membership at AACSB International. The session brought together business school leaders from across Thailand to exchange experiences, discuss accreditation and quality enhancement, explore emerging trends, and strengthen collaboration within the AACSB community to advance in Thai business schools.

The knowledge and insights gained from the conference will contribute to the enhancement of student learning experiences, academic programs, and quality assurance processes at CMMU. Participation in the conference reflects CMMU’s commitment to continuous improvement, international standards, and excellence in management education as we continue to prepare our students for the future and create positive impact for organizations and society.
