BISSADANN-KAYA (BODY)
MULTIPLYING BODY MEDITATION
Separate the five bodies into individual ones, and do this for the crudest and the most refined body of each. This process should be applied to all five bodies. This means separating the HUMAN-BODY, placing PATHAMA-MAGGA in it, and a new HUMAN-BODY arises. Place PATHAMA-MAGGA in the new HUMAN-BODY, and another new HUMAN-BODY arises again. Do this throughout the crudest and the most refined body of the HUMAN-BODY.
After reaching the crudest and most refined HUMAN-BODY, we do this to the DIBBA-BODY: place PATHAMA-MAGGA in the DIBBA-BODY, and a new DIBBA-BODY arises. Place PATHAMA-MAGGA in the new DIBBA-BODY, and another new DIBBA-BODY arises; do this throughout the crudest and most refined DIBBA-BODY.
And do to the Crude PATHAMA-VINNANA body, the refined PATHAMA-VINNANA body, and the DHAMMAKAYA, doing so in each body.
When doing VIJJA in each body, you have to place PATHAMA-MAGGA in each body and do with the same body to the crudest and most refined body the same examples of HUMAN-BODY and DIBBA-BODY above.
What is called “crude and refined” means that the color and the feature are brighter and clearer, respectively.

During LOUNGPOR-WAT-PAKNUMM, he used a set of words— “TAO, CHUD, CHUNT, TONN, PAAK, PHUD”—to represent the number of bodies he saw while walking VIJJA-DHAMMAKAYA. He explained this to his students, possibly choosing TAO instead of the others because he compared it to a set of bowls sold in the market, symbolizing the bodies he saw during his walking VIJJA.
…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
EXPLAIN HOW TO WALK VIJJA
The meaning of the word is in the old Thai language: “Place PATHAMA-MAGGA in HUMAN-BODY,” which means making the mind stop and be still at DUANGTHUM inside HUMAN-BODY’s stomach. This indicates that we make the mind stop and be still at the base 7, and then we will see DUANGTHUM inside the HUMAN-BODY's stomach—it is a white and clear sphere. When we make the mind stop still at the center of DUANGTHUM, we will see "the MIDDLE"—a tiny dot. When we make the mind stop at that tiny dot, it expands into emptiness. Inside that emptiness, we will see the DIBBA-BODY.
DIBBA-BODY looks like a god or goddess, wearing costumes similar to a character from the RAMAYANA story in an old Indian film.
Crude PATHAMA-VINNANA body- it is RUPA-BRAHMAN body, or we may call BRAHMAN body
Refined PATHAMA-VINNANA body- it is ARUPA-BRAHMAN body, or we may call FORMLESS BRAHMAN body
The words “KAYADHAMMA” and “DHAMMAKAYA” are the same – they are GOTARABHU, SODA, SAKITAKA, ANAKA, and ARAHAT, including the crude and refined body totaling 10 DHAMMAKAYAs. These 10 bodies of DHAMMAKAYA are only the main DHAMMAKAYA bodies. In fact, within the 10 main DHAMMAKAYA bodies, there are cruder and more refined DHAMMAKAYA bodies in each, which continue until infinity. For example, Crude DHAMMAKAYA-GOTRABHU has a refined body of TAO, CHUD, CHUNT, TONN, PAKK, and PHUD. Also, Crude DHAMMAKAYA-GOTRABHU has a crude body of TAO, CHUD, CHUNT, TONN, PAKK, and PHUD, extending to infinity.
The term “the crudest” refers to the body that has appeared in the past, regardless of how many such bodies there are—this is called the “crude body.” The body at the present moment is called the “most refined body.” And if the most refined body at this moment undergoes VIJJA “multiple body meditation” again, then it is no longer the most refined body—and instead becomes the crude body. The last body that we haven't yet performed “multiple body meditation” on is called the “most refined body” at this moment.
The crudest and most refined bodies are not fixed; they depend on our practice. If we do “multiple body meditation” again, the crude and refined bodies will not be fixed. LOUNGPOR always teaches “walking VIJJA,” where we must walk until the body is refined. When walking VIJJA until any refined body, then pretend that this refined body is the crude body and use that crude body to walk VIJJA until it becomes a refined body, and so on. When reaching any refined body, then assume that the refined body is a crude body and continue walking VIJJA from the crude body to become a refined body again. LOUNGPOR uses the phrase “Extinguish the crudeness, go to the fineness,” which we always hear from the meditators of VIJJA-DHAMMAKAYA. For this reason, we should study to understand about crude and refined bodies.
GUIDELINE ON HOW TO WALK VIJJA
FIRST STEP
Send your mind to stop-still from the base 1 to base 7 of the HUMAN-BODY. At base 7 (the center of the body), repeat the mantra “SAMMA-ARAHANG” or “stop-in-stop” until you see the crystal-clear sphere inside the stomach. This crystal-clear sphere is PATHAMA-MAGGA of the HUMAN-BODY.
SECOND STEP
Send the mind to stop-still at the center of that transparent sphere and say in mind "stop-in-stop" until seeing “the middle”- “the middle” is the little tiny dot at the center of that sphere. Send the mind to stop still at the little tiny dot and say in mind, "stop-in-stop" until the little tiny dot expands out to emptiness. In that emptiness, you will see DIBBA-BODY —the feature and figure like you, wearing the cloth similar to a character from the RAMAYANA, as seen in an old Indian movie.
THIRD STEP
Walk the mind to all seven bases of DIBBA-BODY; at the 7th base, say in mind “stop-in-stop”, and you will see a Crude PATHAMA-VINNANA body (RUPA-BRAHMAN body), Refined PATHAMA-VINNANA body (ARUPA-BRAHMAN body). From the Refined PATHAMA-VINNANA body, we will see DHAMMAKAYA. From DHAMMAKAYA, we will see another refined DHAMMAKAYA, in which the body becomes increasingly larger. Continue...the last DHAMMAKAYA we see is “the most refined body”. And when we start to count from this DHAMMAKAYA by going backward, no matter how many bodies there are, they all are crude bodies, and the crudest body is the actual physical HUMAN-BODY.
The end of the practice. Please notice that in the year 1938 (2481), LOUNGPOR-WAT-PAKNUMM taught the basics of VIJJA-DHAMMAKAYA in this manner. However, it does not cover all 18 bodies, and the names of the bodies differ, as do the words and phrases used to describe them.

There are many ways of curing the sickness, like walking Vijja 18 bodies advanced. This is another way.
THE 6 DATU (6 ELEMENTS)
For each of the five main bodies, we need to separate them to show that each has six elements: EARTH, WATER, FIRE, WIND, SPACE, and a COGNITIVE element. Each of these elements should then be divided into six additional elements. Keep doing this process consistently. For example, the EARTH element contains six elements. When we separate the EARTH element from these six elements a second time, it still has the six elements. If we then separate the EARTH element again for the third time, we find another six elements inside it. No matter how many times we separate these elements, the structure remains the same, but it becomes more refined each time. The same idea applies to the WATER, FIRE, and WIND elements. To really see the fine detail of each element, we need to separate them this way, covering all five main bodies.
………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
EXPLAIN HOW TO WALK VIJJA
This lesson aims to teach us that a human consists of body and mind. The body consists of 6 elements; the mind is the feeling. The mind is SEEING-MEMORY-THOUGHT-KNOWING. The elements we are discussing are the components within the body. The six elements provide the mind with its livelihood. If the elements fluctuate, it will immediately affect the mind. If the element is dead, the mind lacks a place to reside and must find a new home. People compare the body to a home and the mind to the resident who lives there.
We used to hear that “the mind that is delighted stays in the body that is healthy”. We see people exercising by running, working out, or playing golf, and then they take a rest. Exercises like these will help the body become stronger. When the body is strong, it allows the mind to be healthy; this is the exercise for the crude HUMAN-BODY.
● But the exercise for the refined body: - DIBBA-BODY, Crude PATHAMA-VINNANA-BODY, Refined PATHAMA-VINNANA-BODY, and DHAMMAKAYA, nobody in this world knows how to do it yet. The person who discovered and knew how to exercise for refined bodies is LOUNGPOR-WAT-PAKNUMM. The practice of this lesson involves working out for refined bodies. ●
Because this process cleans the body’s DATU, when the elements are clean, the body that occupies these elements will be strong, just as the human body becomes strong through exercise, such as running.
How to make DATU clean: - THOU said we have to separate DATU in each body more and more. According to the book we have read, the more purifying the DATU is, the more bodies it increases, because when the 6 DATU can unify, the body will arise.
● Separating DATU in any body will cause that body to arise; we will have many bodies. As we get more bodies, we will gain more power, including supernatural power. ●
When we begin to study VIJJA DHAMMAKAYA, after we think of LOUNGPOR-WAT-PAKNUMM, we will see LOUNGPOR at once. No matter where we are, no matter how many people, whether fewer or more, we will all see LOUNGPOR, and why is that? The answer is that LOUNGPOR has many bodies, and when asked why, the response is that LOUNGPOR has many bodies. The answer is that LOUNGPOR did VIJJA separate DATU, and now we will practice walking VIJJA by following the steps below.
THE GUIDELINE ON HOW TO WALK VIJJA
FIRST STEP
Send the mind to stop still at the center of DUANGTHUM inside DHAMMAKAYA’s stomach, say in mind “stop-in-stop.” Then see the little tiny dot at the center of DUANGTHUM. Send the mind to stop-still at the little tiny dot. Say in mind “stop-in-stop”, the little tiny dot expands out, see the Refined PATHAMA-VINNANA-BODY. Send the mind of DHAMMAKAYA inside the Refined PATHAMA-VINNANA-BODY’s stomach, following the same practice as above, to the Crude PATHAMA-VINNANA-BODY, DIBBA-BODY, and HUMAN-BODY.
Send the mind of DHAMMAKAYA to stop-still at the center of DUANGTHUM inside the HUMAN’s stomach. The little tiny dot expands out, and see SOONN-- there are six elements - front SOONN (sphere) is called WATER element, right SOONN (sphere) is called EARTH element, back SOONN (sphere) is called FIRE element, left SOONN (sphere) is called WIND element, center SOONN (sphere) is called SPACE element. The little tiny dot at the center of SPACE SOONN (sphere) is called a COGNITIVE element.
SECOND STEP
The text asks us to split the EARTH element into six elements first. Therefore, we will follow that order as follows…
Send the mind of DHAMMAKAYA to the right crystal sphere, which represents the EARTH element. Say in your mind, “stop-in stop,” at the center of the EARTH element until you see the crystal sphere. At the center of the crystal sphere, we will see a small, clear dot. Send your mind to stop at the tiny dot, and say in your mind, “stop-in-stop.” The tiny dot then expands outward. Then, you will see the refined EARTH element — it is a white-clear sphere. Inside the sphere, it consists of 6 elements: the front element is called the WATER element, the right element is called the EARTH element, the back element is called the FIRE element, the left element is called the WIND element, the center element is called the SPACE element, and the small dot at the center of the space element is called a COGNITIVE element.
Above is the first separation of the EARTH element.
How to separate the EARTH element the second time?
Send the mind to the EARTH element that we separated the first time, and then separate it again the second time. That is, send the mind to stop-still at the right element (EARTH element), and say in mind, “stop-in-stop.” Follow the same procedure above. When the little tiny dot in the middle of the EARTH element expands, you will see another set of 6 elements, the same as you separated the first time above. The feature and figure are the same as when we first separated them.
Now, we have two sets of EARTH elements.
If we want to separate the EARTH element the third time, we must send the mind to stop-still at the center of the EARTH element of the second set. Then, we will have the EARTH element for the third set and continue.
If we want to do the fourth set, walking VIJJA is the same as above
By the procedure above, we have separated only the EARTH element into two sets; we have not yet done this for the other elements. If we want to do it, we do the same as we do for the EARTH element. Still, we haven’t done for another body yet; we have only done for the HUMAN-BODY.
Walking VIJJA from the above is pretty awkward and takes a lot of time; I only want you to know the basics. If you want to do it faster and across all your bodies, we will do the following...
ANOTHER WAY OF WALKING VIJJA SEPARATING THE DATU
Send the mind to stop still at the center of DUANGTHUM inside DHAMMAKAYA’s stomach, and say in mind “stop-in-stop.” Then, see DUANGTHUM of DHAMMAKAYA. Send the mind to stop-still at the little tiny dot of DUANGTHUM—this is the little tiny dot of DHAMMAKAYA, which will be the same point of Refined PATHAMA-VINNANA-BODY, Crude PATHAMA-VINNANA-BODY, DIBBA-BODY, and HUMAN-BODY. When the little tiny dot expands out, we will see 6 SOONN (center) of all bodies at the same point.
Send the mind to stop-still at the cognitive element, say in mind “stop-in-stop…”, and mentally saying “ELEMENT-IN-ELEMENT…” just saying like that, we will reach all refined 6 DATU (element) deeply, say in mind “EXTINGUISH THE CRUDENESS, GO TO THE FINENESS”, then, we will reach to the refined elements, we will reach to the most refined 6 DUTU more and more. THIS IS THE END OF SEPARATING THE DATU
It would be better if we do VIJJA MULTIPLYING BODY MEDITATION of DHAMMAKAYA to take care of all refined DATUs by imagining having many DHAMMAKAYA appearances by saying “DHAMMAKAYA in DHAMMAKAYA”. Send the mind to stop-still inside the stomach of the new DHAMMAKAYA and say, “DHAMMAKAYA in DHAMMAKAYA.” Then, invite all DHAMMAKAYA to protect all 6 DATU that we have already separated. When DHAMMAKAYA multiplies the body, the other bodies multiply as well. Whatever VIJJA that DHAMMAKAYA does, other refined bodies will also do the same.
THE CONSIDERATION
Walking VIJJA of separating DATU - there is an easy and a hard way. Please choose the method you prefer for practicing. There are many ways to practice VIJJA; it is up to you to choose the method that suits you. We don’t conclude that one approach is right and another is wrong; if you can walk through VIJJA and the result we receive matches the textbook's requirements, all is fine.
● All these refined DATU… if we don’t frequently walk VIJJA from the practice of this lesson, it will cause a bad result- that is, MARA (evil ones) will have a chance to build NIBBANA, 3 BHAVA, and LOKANTARA in the form of DUKKHA and SAMUDAYA. MARA will use this chance to send VIJJA, but we don’t know where the gap is. MARAs will seize the opportunity if it has a chance●
I had seen and known this when I walked VIJJA-BEAT-THE-MARA, so I would say, “We should not open the textbook and say this is right and this is not right.” If we walk VIJJA and meet the book requirement, it is Okay.
While we perform VIJJA CURING THE DECEASE, we observe that the patient's body is white and clear, but why doesn’t the sickness go away? Oh, well! It is because of the patient’s DATU that we do not reach the deepest and most refined DATU of the patient. Yet, we miss discovering the one who sent the disease to the patient, and instead look elsewhere; we don’t realize this. In conclusion, wherever there is a gap, MARA will build a military base at that gap. That base will be a place to send VIJJA from MARA. Since the DUKKHA and SAMUDAYA spheres are black spheres, MARA has intricately constructed NIBBANA, 3 BHAVA, and LOKANTARA, so we must distinguish all these spheres to ensure the patient's full recovery from the sickness.
I want to explain more, but I'm afraid it will go beyond the textbook's curriculum, so I'll stop the story about 6 DATU here.

EP 6. MEDITATION PRACTICE WITH STANDING, WALKING, AND RECLINING

The purpose of practicing is to change position after sitting for long periods, so we should stand and walk to circulate blood and relieve muscle tension. The reclining meditation is about sleeping with awareness and waking up fresh.
Standing Meditation: From the sitting meditation, stand up, opening the gap between the two legs to about a foot wide. Look down at about a 45-degree angle from eye level. If you open your eyes, keep them half-closed, with your right palm up over the left, your right index finger touching the left thumb, and relax your two hands downward until you feel comfortable. Imagine a clear crystal ball at the center of your stomach, and at the same time, mentally repeat the mantra “SAMMA-ARAHANG” for as long as you like. It might be 10 minutes or more. Keep repeating the mantra and visualizing the crystal ball at all times.
Walking Meditation: Find a clean, quiet place where light does not come from behind or in front of the body. That way, when we walk, our own shadow will not impede our vision. A round trip should be 40-50 paces. If that is not possible, 20-25 paces are fine.
Start standing, opening the gap between the two legs to about a foot. Look down at about a 45-degree angle from eye level. The right hand goes palm up over the left one, and the right index finger touches the left thumb. Relax the two hands downward until comfortable. Imagine the clear crystal ball in the center of your stomach, and at the same time, mentally say the mantra “SAMMA-ARAHANG.” Start walking with the right leg at the same tempo to the end of the line. When the right foot steps down to the floor, mentally say "Samma"; when the left foot steps down to the floor, mentally say "Arahang.” At the end, turn to the right and return to the starting point. Keep walking for as long as you like, mentally repeating “SAMMA-ARAHANG” and visualizing a clear crystal ball at all times. It may take about 20-30 minutes of walking.
Reclining Meditation: When you are tired of sitting, standing, and walking meditation that you have practiced for a long time, it is time to rest. Reclining is the best way to rest, lying down with your right side on the floor. Keep your right palm on your right cheek, with your elbow touching the floor. You may use a pillow under your right arm, and your left hand lies on your left hip. Then, imagine a clear crystal-ball image at the center of your stomach, and at the same time, mentally repeat the mantra “SAMMA-ARAHANG…” again and again until you fall asleep. You should know when you expect to wake up, and you will feel you can wake up when you want.

2. The Right: Earth Elements
3. The Back: Fire Element
4. The Left: Wind Element
5. The Middle: Space Element
6. The Center: Cognitive Element
Each element has 6 elements and continues indefinitely.

6 DuangDhamma

Duan Dhamma (Pali) or DuangThum (Thai) meaning Mind
It is a luminous white sphere like a naturally cut diamond. Each body has 6 DuangThum which overlap from 1 to 6. When we practice, we may use only 1 DuangThum or all 6 DuangThum, depending on the subject we’re studying.
The crude human body has DuangThum, the size of a chicken egg's yolk, in standard size.
The angelic body has DuangThum, which is double the size of the human body.
The Brahman body has DuangThum, which is triple the size of the human body.
The Formless Brahman body has DuangThum, which is four times the size of the human body.
All 4 of the bodies above may have the biggest size of DuangThum to 4 WA
(1 WA = full arms opened wide).
All KayaDhamma has DuangThum the size equal to the height of the body when sitting.

The Name of DuangDhamma

DuangDhamma 1 is called DuangDhamma-Nupassana SatiBattan
(The Pathamagga Sphere)
DuangDhamma 2 is called Duang Sila (Morality)
DuangDhamma 3 is called Duang Samadhi (Concentration)
DuangDhamma 4 is called Duang Panna (Wisdom)
DuangDhamma 5 is called Duang Vimutti (Transcendence)
DuangDhamma 6 is called Duang Vimutti-nanadassana (Insight)

What are the good things that come from? Action, verbal, thought
In Buddhism, we purify the mind in 2 ways:
1. Samatha (Concentration) and 2. Vipassana (Insight) Meditation
Samatha means making the mind calm or tranquil, free from 5 Hindrances (5 Nivarana).
5 Hindrances are 1. Drowsiness, laziness (Thina-middha) 2. Doubt (Vicikiccha) 3. Ill will (Byapada), hatred, anger, enmity 4. Restlessness (Uddhacca kukkucca), worry, anxiety 5. Sensual Desire (Kama-Chanda), five sensual objects which are sights, sounds, smells, tastes, touch
