🇺🇸🤝🇹🇭 Today on June 11, 2026, we at the Institute of International Education (IIE/Bangkok office), USA, proudly renewed its Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kalasin University, reaffirming a strong partnership of more than nine years in promoting English language proficiency and internationalization through the TOEFL ITP® program.

The renewal ceremony was attended by the President of Kalasin University, the university’s executive leadership team, and representatives from IIE Southeast Asia. The continued collaboration reflects a shared commitment to providing students with access to internationally recognized English language assessment and preparing them for success in a globalized world.

Over the past nine years, Kalasin University has played an important role in advancing English language education and supporting students in achieving international standards. Through the TOEFL ITP® program, students have benefited from globally recognized assessment tools that support academic, professional, and international opportunities.

(IIE/Bangkok office), in collaboration with Educational Testing Service (ETS), USA, is pleased to announce the renewal of the official TOEFL ITP® Test Center certification for P.A.T. Language & Education Co., Ltd. (Khon Kaen Language Test Center).

This renewed partnership reflects our shared commitment to advancing English language proficiency and expanding access to internationally recognized assessment opportunities for students, educators, and professionals throughout Northeastern Thailand.

Over the years, Khon Kaen Language Test Center has consistently demonstrated excellence in test administration, maintaining high standards of security, professionalism, technology integration, facility management, and candidate services. Their dedication has helped ensure a reliable, transparent, and high-quality testing experience for every test taker.

We are also delighted to see the center expand its educational impact through the administration of TOEFL ITP® Level 2 (Pre-TOEFL), providing younger learners at the upper primary and secondary levels with valuable opportunities to develop English proficiency and prepare for future academic success in an increasingly globalized world.

(IIE) led by Dr. Jonathan Lembright, IIE Regional Director for Southeast Asia and Dr. Sinchai Lekwanitchakul, ETS Global Assessment Lead for the TOEFL ITP program proudly recognizes Ms. Aksornsri Sompoom, School Director of the English Program, Khonkaen Wittayayon School, for her outstanding leadership, dedication, and unwavering commitment to educational excellence.

For ten remarkable years (2017–2026), Ms. Aksornsri has been a driving force behind the successful implementation and growth of the TOEFL ITP® Program, helping establish Khonkaen Wittayayon School as an official TOEFL ITP Test Center and providing thousands of students with access to internationally recognized English language assessment opportunities.

Her visionary leadership, steadfast support, and commitment to international education have strengthened the partnership between IIE and Khonkaen Wittayayon School, contributing significantly to the advancement of English language education in Thailand.

🇺🇸🇹🇭🫱🫲 On May 6, 2026, Institute of International Education (IIE) Bangkok proudly renewed the TOEFL ITP® Test Center Agreement with Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University (NRRU), reaffirming a strong partnership in advancing international English language assessment standards in Northeastern Thailand.

The MOU signing ceremony was led by Dr. Jonathan Lembright, IIE Regional Director for Southeast Asia, together with Dr. Sinchai Lekwanitchakul, Head of International Assessment Administration at IIE, alongside the university executives and representatives from the Language Institute of NRRU.

Through this continued collaboration, the TOEFL ITP® Test Center at NRRU will continue providing both Digital and Paper-Based testing services to students, university staff, and the wider community in Nakhon Ratchasima and nearby provinces. The partnership also reflects a shared commitment between Thailand and the United States to strengthening academic excellence, expanding global opportunities, and preparing learners with internationally recognized English proficiency standards for future success.

This renewal marks another important milestone in supporting regional educational development and empowering Thai youth and professionals to compete confidently on the global stage.

The meeting highlighted the continued collaboration between IIE and SUT in strengthening academic English proficiency and expanding international educational opportunities for students and university personnel through the TOEFL ITP® program. Discussions focused on operational progress, future development plans, and sustainable international cooperation in higher education.
