[ Thailand World Schools Debating Championship 2026 ]

On March 27, LUNA Academy sent 3 teams to compete at TWSDC 2026, a national-level debate tournament. Our teams were made up of students from Denla British School and International Pioneer School.

For many of our students, this was their first major tournament in the World Schools Debating Championship format, widely regarded as the international gold standard for school debating.

After 5 preliminary rounds, one of our students ranked as the 8th Best Novice Speaker of the event. We are proud of our students for taking this step into competitive debating. It required courage and marks a meaningful milestone in their debate journey.

[ Oxford International Competition for Young Debaters 2026 ]

On March 14, LUNA sent a team to compete at OICYD. The tournament was conducted in the British Parliamentary format, a less familiar style for our students. Despite the challenge, they embraced the opportunity to explore a new approach to debating and further develop their skills.

After four rounds of competition, one of our students achieved an impressive milestone, ranking as the 8th Best Speaker (Under 14).

We are incredibly proud of our students and excited to see them continue growing and reaching new heights.
