We aim to train current church and project personnel as well as young emerging leaders who will be in leadership positions in the near future.
Church leaders are key influencers to the church and society. However, many key leaders and influencers have busy lifestyles. Hence it becomes difficult for them to make the time for further training and development through the traditional residential system of education.

It is with great sadness to announce the death of our 2015-2016 LEMATI student Jose Nankola from Mozambique which happened yesterday. Jose was involved in a car accident in his home country Mozambique. Please pray for his family and church.

2014 Leadership and Management training is now taking place here. Leaders from seven Sub Saharan Countries are participating in this important training aimed at transforming the continent of Africa.
I am glad to announce that the New LEMATI Curriculum has been submitted to NACTE, waiting for their approval. Soon we will be offering a recognized diploma in Leadership and Management
