TWO ELEMENTS OF MARTYRDOM

Usually in the case of martyrdom an element of is involved on the part of the offender.

[PAIN, THE DISTINGUISH QUALITY OF HUMANS]

What is human ?

It does not mean only physical pain.

It is a pain considered by mystics and is peculiar to human beings and for this reason, a human being is preferable to an , for, an angel is free from pain. That human pain is the pain of seeking .

SPIRITUAL ELEMENTS IN HUMANS

A learn(ed) man has said, man is himself the gate through which he enters the world of spirituality.

Therefore, there are elements in man's , which are not in harmony with the world of matter. This is not only what old believed, but modern ones, too, admit it explicitly.

The holy Prophet (saw) says:
"He who knows himself knows God",
and the Qur'an devotes a separate account for man as against all other .
It says:
سَنُرِيهِمْ آيَاتِنَا فِي الْآفَاقِ وَفِي أَنفُسِهِمْ حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ ۗ أَوَلَمْ يَكْفِ بِرَبِّكَ أَنَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ

"We will soon show them our signs in the Universe and in their own souls, until it will become quite clear to them that it is the truth. Is it not sufficient as regards your Lord that He is a witness over all things?"
(Sura Fussilat, 41: 53).

ISLAMIC REVOLUTION - COMPREHENSIVE WITH ALL ASPECTS OF HUMAN LIFE

If we say that the Iranian was an revolution, it does not mean that it was only a religious and ethical revolution and about the dimensions of man; as worshiping and praying properly (was not allowed) and the doors of the mosques were closed & because of that people revolted.

MUTAHARI'S DECISIVE STAND, DISMANTLE MUNAFIQIN

Aqae Nateq Nouri:
In Neauphle-le-Château (Paris), Imam’s entourage had planned for the Mojahedin-e Khalq to manage & control the podium & welcoming Imam.

When we found out about this plan, we were frustrated.

We called Ahmad Agha in Paris & disagreed with the decision, Ahmad Agha said that they were on the move & Imam had already set out & gotten into the car.

At that moment, Motahari said, “Give me the phone.” He took & angrily told Haj Ahmad Agha, “What I’m about to say—record it and take it to him (Imam).”

“Tell Imam that Motahari says: If tomorrow you come & the podium at Behesht-e Zahra is in the hands of the Mojahedin-e Khalq, I will have nothing more to do with you.”

Ahmad Agha was stunned & responded,
"Whatever you decide is accepted. Tomorrow, you will manage the podium yourselves.”

After this incident, we dismantled Mojahedin-e Khalq arrangements, & took control.
