World Environment Day was celebrated in the School. Among other activities, Tree plantation was a major event.

As part of the 150th Birth Anniversary celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi, The High Commissioner of India, H.E. Mr. Sandeep Arya addressing the students of the School.

As part of the World Environment Day, Students of classes I & II had competitions-Best out of waste, Paper bag making....

It is declared that Eid-Ul-Fitr is tomorrow, 05th June, and hence 05th and 06th (Wednesday and Thursday) are holidays for the School. 07th Friday will be a working day for the School. Principal.

We deeply mourn the sad and untimely depart of one of our 'yet to be bloomed' buds, Anandith Tanooj of class II, to the Eternal Abode, early this morning.

We pray that the unblemished soul of this little angel rest in eternal peace.

Commemorating the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, Mr. Nitin Sonawane from India and Rev. Kanshin Ikeda (Buddhist Monk) form Japan are on a world tour on foot, spreading the message of Peace and Non-violence preached, propagated and practiced by Gandhiji.

Indian School was fortunate to host them this morning.

Mr. Nitin addressed the Staff and Students of the School and shared their purpose and experience of their mission. Rev. Ikeda offered a traditional prayer, in Japanese, for World Peace.

Shourya Dev, our student in class XII, has been adjudged the Second in the world in the 'Bharat ko Janiye' Quiz contest organized by the Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India.

It’s a matter of great Honour and Pride for Indian School-Dar es Salaam.

The quiz contest was held for the NRIs between the age group 15 and 35, and Shourya is the only School student to have won this victory.
