From May 23rd to 25th, 2026, our BSF Team representatives, Project Officer .abdallah.73 and Finance & Administration Officer , participated in the FinPro Program 2026 Basic Financial & Risk Management for NGOs organized by in collaboration with NAMA Women Advancement.
The workshop enhanced their understanding of financial management, risk management, accountability, transparency, and organizational sustainability, equipping them with practical skills to strengthen organizational effectiveness and increase impact in the communities we serve.

The End Stigma Tour officially took place on May 23rd, 2026, organized by in collaboration with at the University of Dar es Salaam School of Journalism and Mass Communication (SJMC).
The tour brought together students and young people for meaningful conversations on stigma, discrimination, inclusion, and the importance of creating safe and supportive communities for everyone. Through interactive discussions and awareness sessions, participants were encouraged to challenge harmful stereotypes, promote acceptance, and become advocates for positive social change within their institutions and communities.
The energy, participation, and commitment shown by the students reflected the power of youth in driving change and creating a future free from stigma.

From 16th to 18th May 2026, our project officer .abdallah.73 and finance officer participated in the NGO Social Enterprise Transformation Lab (SET-LAB Boot Camp), an impactful initiative focused on empowering NGOs to build sustainable enterprises, strengthen institutional capacity, and create long-term community impact.
This experience provided valuable insights on social enterprise development, financial sustainability, business planning, and leadership growth that will continue to strengthen our mission and contribution to meaningful social change.

The BSF Anti-stigma champions training officially took place on May 14th, 2026, bringing together 30 dedicated BSF Anti-Stigma Champions committed to promoting awareness, inclusion, and positive change within their communities.
This milestone marks an important step in empowering young advocates with knowledge, communication skills, and confidence to challenge stigma, create safe spaces for conversations, and inspire meaningful community transformation.
Throughout the training sessions, participants engaged in interactive learning, experience sharing, and discussions focused on advocacy, leadership, and community engagement. The energy, passion, and commitment shown by the champions reflected the growing movement of young people determined to make a lasting impact.
As the project continues, we are excited to witness these 30 BSF Anti-Stigma Champions becoming strong voices of change, spreading awareness, encouraging acceptance, and driving community-led transformation from the ground up.
