UNAWE-Tanzania It's a Non Governmental Organization registered in Tanzania.

It is formed by Tanzanian youth with the passion of inducing positive changes to Science in Tanzania by starting with the young children of Tanzania. The organization works with clubs formulated in Primary Schools, participates in academic activities for children within and outside the country, conduct star parties and also provide library services and teaching aid tools to teachers, students and individuals.

Shabaha yake ni “kuongeza ufahamu kuhusu asteroidi na hatari ya kugongwa kwa Dunia” Karibu karne moja iliyopita, siku ya tarehe 30 Juni 1908, tukio la ajabu lilitokea katika sehemu ya Siberia, Urusi. All the major visible planets have deserted our skies since October last year when we last saw Venus in the evening skies. However they are all set to come back to the evening skies in the coming months with Jupiter making a late night start from February and Mars and Saturn in April. Jupiter is at opposition (brightest, rising in the east while the Sun sets in the west) on March 8 and hence can be seen in the sky throughout the night from sunset to sunrise of the following day.
