Through her hard work and leadership, she advanced into her current role as Assistant Director, where she continues to make a positive impact on our staff, families, and children every day.

As she prepares to take the next exciting step in her career as our Center Director, we are incredibly proud of all she has accomplished. Her growth, perseverance, and unwavering dedication embody the values of Tierra Encantada, and we are grateful to have her as part of our leadership team.
