Last night I was excited to work out again. This morning? Tired, unmotivated, and desperately wanting to cancel.
The only reason I showed up anyway: I made it easy for Future Me.
✅ Booked my class when I felt motivated
✅ Laid out my clothes
✅ Packed my bag
✅ Knew exactly when I had to leave
When you make showing up the default, consistency stops being a willpower problem.
