From pen pals to partners in person 🌍❤️

This summer, our staff had the incredible opportunity to travel to South Africa and visit New Road Missions Inc — a school that has become so special to our community throughout this past school year. What began through video messages, stories, and classroom connections has now grown into meaningful face-to-face relationships.

Our team was blessed to spend time teaching students about the Goodness of God, witnessing powerful baptisms, and sharing moments of joy, laughter, good old-fashioned childlike fun together. From classroom connections to playground memories, every moment reminded us how beautiful it is when communities come together in faith and love.

We’re so grateful for the warm welcome and the opportunity to continue growing this partnership together. Our hearts are full as we build friendships, faith, and community across the world. 🇿🇦✨

We’re excited to introduce Kim Snyder as our new Administrator!

Having served faithfully as Assistant Principal, Kim now steps into this new role following Mr. Lewis’s departure. With years of experience in education, strong leadership, and a deep heart for Christ-centered learning, she brings both wisdom and warmth to our school community. Her passion for helping children know Christ personally continues to be at the center of all she does.

One of the most memorable moments from this past school year was the special assembly where Mr. Lewis announced that he and Mrs. Lewis would be stepping into a new season of life after 12 years of steadfast leadership and service to our school community.

They shared heartfelt words, lasting advice, and encouragement with our students and staff, and Mr. Lewis sang a song that will forever hold a place in our hearts.

As this school year comes to a close, we are so grateful for the love, wisdom, and faithfulness they poured into Calvary Road over the years. Their impact and legacy will never be forgotten. 💙

Last Friday, our 3rd through 6th grade students took the stage for God Squad and brought the Armor of God to life through music, acting, and worship. ✨🛡️

From the Belt of Truth to the Sword of the Spirit, these students boldly shared the message of Ephesians 6 and reminded us what it means to stand firm in faith. We are so proud of their hard work, confidence, and joyful hearts throughout the performance.
