I am an Optavist: crusher of goals. 💪✨

After struggling with gut and digestive issues since COVID in 2020, I spent years searching for answers. My biggest goal has always been to manage my health as naturally as possible and address the root cause rather than just the symptoms.

A few weeks ago, I began a new nutrition program and the changes have been incredible. I’ve lost visceral fat, my clothes fit better, and my GERD symptoms have improved noticeably.

Within the first week, I moved from a prescription PPI to an over-the-counter option, and by week four, I was only taking it once a week.

I still have work to do, but this is the most progress I’ve made in years and the first time my body has responded positively.

Here’s to crushing goals, supporting the body naturally, and creating a healthier future—one step at a time. ✨
