Join us this Tuesday, May 19th, for a GWMS community social celebrating school spirit, connection, and all things Prexie!

This is a great chance to welcome rising 6th grade families, connect with current GW families, celebrate Mrs. Jeanette Vinson, ACPS Principal of the Year, and enjoy some food, drinks, and cake together.

We’ll also have:
👕 Spirit wear
🎓 8th grade promotion signs and shirts
🤝 A chance to meet PTA leaders
📣 Information about next year’s PTA Executive Board and ways to get involved
💙 A low-pressure “PTA-curious” welcome — no commitment required

Our amazing PE team is preparing for MacArthur’s annual Field Day at the end of the month. Volunteers are needed as class guides and station monitors from 8:15–10:45 AM on May 28 and May 29.

Twice a year, thanks to the PTA's generosity, we give every MacArthur Star a free book to take home and add to their personal library. Join us on Monday, May 18th to help students select their books!
