Two months ago today, we officially took the keys, and May proved that the heart of this gym is our community. We are settling into an incredible routine and we have some massive milestones to celebrate from the last four weeks.
💛 We tackled the classic hero WOD Murph together with an awesome turnout followed by a community cookout.
⏰ We asked members what we can do to improve and an early class was a top ask. Starting today the first class starts at 6:00am.
🐝 We launched the Beekeepers, a dedicated group of 5 individuals who will help guide the future of the gym, ensuring our community’s voice remains at the center of every decision we make.
Month 1 was all about laying the operational foundation and getting new equipment on the floor. Month 2 proved that our people are what make this space special.
Thank you for an incredible May. Let’s crush Month 3!

The members asked and we are delivering. Starting tomorrow, we are officially shifting our weekday morning block to a 6:00 AM start time!
Here is the new weekday morning block:
- 6:00 AM – CrossFit
- 7:00 AM – Open Gym
- 8:00 AM – CrossFit

Happy Birthday to Coach 🎂
Sarasati is easily the most empathetic person we know and cares deeply for everyone she coaches. Beyond the gym, she’s an amazing mother and wife who inspires us all daily.
But don’t let her kindness fool you, if it’s a bodyweight WOD, good luck keeping up! We’re officially petitioning to rename Burpees after her.
We are so thankful to have her supporting our members here at Sting!

It was an absolute honor to host my first Murph today.
Murph is more than just a workout, it’s a day where we come together to honor something bigger than ourselves. Life can be really hard, but today gave us a moment to be grateful for our lives and the community that surrounds us.
Thank you to everyone who came out, pushed through those final reps, and shared a meal with us. My heart (and the gym) is full.
