With affiliations with Texas Educational Theatre Association and the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, our students are given invaluable workhop, network, and research opportunities with numerous other colleges/universities. These connections facilitate the ease of transfer for our students to four-year programs around the nation. Theatre Arts majors get personal attention that cannot be found anywhere else. Whether a student's goals are to perform, be behind the scenes, or teach this exciting art form, TheatreAC is a family, and it strives to help meet each student's objectives. Scholarship opportunities abound at Amarillo College and TheatreAC, and the audition process for TheatreAC is easy and begins each May--giving each potential major ample time to decide if TheatreAC is right for him/her--no rushing around at the beginning of the Spring semester to get financial aid.
