Rogers Round-up

Every June our summer school students get to help pull onions that our 2nd graders planted back in February. This year we got to share that experience with our Emerson students and students who have joined our Enrichment program from across the district. A big thanks to Ms. Ray and all our volunteers who made this a success 🧅
Ms. Ray’s Garden of Hope is such a special place and we were happy to see all our summer school students enjoy it! ☀️

Back to school as students! ✏️ Some of our staff had the privilege of learning from Doug Lemov and are excited to bring new tools, strategies, and inspiration back to Rogers.

Our Pre-K summer school students were the first to enjoy the garden!

Our newest tradition is our Teacher Of Year choosing their favorite book to go to Rogers Library.

Mrs. Morales leads with kindness, celebrates individuality, and makes every student feel seen. Edwina The Dinosaur Who Didn’t Know She Was Extinct message is all of that and it will be a wonderful addition! 📕

After we said goodbye to our students, we also said our goodbyes to some amazing staff members! Some moving onto new places and some enjoying their retirement! Either way Rogers will always be their home! ❤️ Once a cowboy, always a cowboy! 🤠
