It’s…JUNE 🤩
We’re building off of week 1 for 1 & 1/4 front squats, so try to go a little heavier while maintaining solid positions and control throughout the lift. After that, we’ll attack an AMRAP of toes-to-bar, bench press, box jump overs, and walking lunges.

We had such an incredible time last year and we're very excited to host some more fun activities this time around! CFNX Summer Camp is an opportunity for kids and teens to get active, build confidence, and have a blast with our exceptional coaches, Jentry ( ) and Bill ( ).
Kids (5–10): Tuesday & Thursday · 9–9:45am · June 1 – July 2
Teens (11–15+): Tuesday & Thursday · 3–4pm · June 1 – Aug 7

We’ve got the MURPH workout coming up soon next saturday 🔥 Murph is one of CrossFit’s most iconic Hero workouts which is a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another mile to finish. This is in honor of Navy SEAL Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005. He was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for his extraordinary courage under fire.
Join us next weekend as our way of saying thank you to those who gave everything.
