REFIT® combines several elements of fitness into one power-packed hour. While the focus is structured around CardioDance movements, toning and flexibility, strength training and stretching are also incorporated into the REFIT workout. The workout formula is easy to follow and will both challenge fitness enthusiasts and welcome beginners.

It's time! I (Jackie) leave for Recon in 30 days!
🎉 I'm excited to learn, grow, glean, and serve at the annual REFIT convention.
✌🏼This is my 2nd year on the volunteer staff team, working behind the scenes to help make this an experience the participants won't forget!
🤠 I am honored to be a presenter (for the 1st time) during a movement session called "REFIT ROOTS + TEXAS BOOTS". We will kick up our heels for a high-energy line dancing session!
Being involved in the REFIT® Community is a passion of mine -- the convention equips me with new skills, resources, and encouragement to continue doing what I love in my community in NC!
