The longest day of Paddle Georgia 2026, and possibly the wettest! Rain didn't stop the fun -- between water games, searching for freshwater mussels, and checking out the trash trap installed by Stormwater Systems.

Another Coosawattee day in the books for Paddle Georgia 2026! On this 15 mile trek, we saw all walks of wildlife from beavers to darters to our trip mascot, the Threehorn Wartyback mussel.

Tomorrow is the longest paddle day of the week, on the Coosawattee where it meets the Conasauga River and then winds around the city of Calhoun.
