Morris Brandon Elementary - IB.PYP

As a way to document student learning, the school has migrated away from the SeeSaw app into a new app called Toddle. In this app, students and teachers are able to showcase for families what our students are working on and how that work ties back to the essential elements of the International Baccalaureate. We will be rolling this app out to families over the next several weeks, so be on the look-out from your child’s teacher(s) for log-in information. In the interim, you can go to the Apple App or Google Play Store to download Toddle Family. The login code will be sent home by your child’s teacher when they are ready to begin sharing all the great learning happening at school.

The learner profile attribute for November is communicator. Students who are strong communicators express themselves confidently and creatively in more than one language and in many ways. They collaborate effectively, listening carefully to the perspectives of other individuals and groups. In class, students are taught to hone their communication skills by making clear points in their written and spoken words, thinking before speaking, and also taking the time to listen.
