Due to upcoming renovations to the North Decatur building, ISSS has temporarily moved to the 1599 Clifton Road building.
During the transition to this temporary location, ISSS will continue to offer robust services to support Emory's international students and scholars, as well as their host departments.

Are you currently a student at Emory? Interested in being a mentor and a buddy for an incoming international student this Fall? Then apply as a mentor for the brand new ISSS Buddy Program via the link in our bio by Wednesday, July 8!
For incoming international students starting this Fall who are interested in being matched with a current Emory student as a buddy, we will open the application for incoming students later in July.
The ISSS Buddy Program aims to connect Emory’s international students with their peers, facilitate a smoother transition to campus, foster a sense of belonging, and encourage cultural exchange, to enrich the Emory campus community.
Requirements of the program include:
-Attending an orientation
-Meeting with your buddy at least 2-3 times a month during the semester-long program.
-Filling out an end of semester evaluation

ISSS will host Post-Graduation Immigration Options, a presentation with Klasko immigration attorneys Timothy D’Arduini and Anabel Nataros tomorrow April 15, 2026 from 5:30 – 7:00pm.
In this presentation, you will learn about various future immigration options for graduating F-1 and J-1 students and get your questions answered regarding employment in the US.
