I decided to heal because I realized my healing wasn’t just about me. It was about the generations connected to me. Watching my daughter move with confidence, grace, and freedom reminds me that every hard decision, every tear, every prayer, and every step was worth it.

Healing gave me the strength. It taught me that when a woman heals, she doesn’t just change her own life, she changes what her children believe is possible.

This is one of my favorite “whys.”
