Not just the moms in the Facebook groups. Not just the moms on your child's team. Not just the people who live nearby because life happened to place you in the same neighborhood.
I mean women who genuinely show up for one another.
In this hood of motherhood, one thing I know for sure is that community still matters.
Yes, you may see a lot of fitness content from me. That's because I believe our health matters. But true wellness is about more than the number on a scale. It's about having the support, connection, and community that guides us to keep showing up for ourselves.
Helping moms stay consistent with their goals through accountability is what I've seen create lasting change. It's what has helped so many of the moms I've worked with across the country keep going long after the motivation fades.
🗣most of us don't need more information.
We need PEOPLE.
People who check in.
People who understand.
People who remind us that we matter too.
That's why I'm so excited to create more opportunities for real life connection and support for moms and women in the future.

Shout out to partners of people who are grieving: at any given moment something can trigger "what do you mean she's not here 🤔 🤯😭" will just be there as I get it out....talk thru it sometimes....but as quick as it comes it begins to fade and we're back to watching futbol or doing whatever grief interrupted.
He NEVER acts like the grief is a nuisance just the purest definition of "holding space" not long after this picture was taken, one of those moments happened... I'm just thankful to have him by my side.

Fitness doesn't have to be a chore! My favorite part of wellness coaching is helping moms find their tribe and what works for them! When you're having fun you're more likely to stay consistent 🔑
