Yeaterday we celebrated the hard work and accomplishments of our amazing 1st–4th graders at our awards ceremonies!
We are so proud of the growth, determination, and success these students have shown all year long.

We are so proud of each of our kindergarteners and know they are going to do amazing things in 1st grade. Congratulations, Class of 2038!
It’s hard to believe how much these little learners have grown this year. From learning letters and numbers to making friendships and memories, they have accomplished so much this school year!

From movie day and game day to water slides, laughter, and lots of special memories, 5th Grade Week was all about celebrating this incredible group of students. Today’s awards ceremony was the perfect way to honor all of their hard work, growth, and accomplishments.
We are beyond proud of each and every one of them and cannot wait to see all the amazing things they will do in middle school. Once a Beaver ALWAYS a Beaver!! Best of luck, 5th grade — we know your future is bright!

💦☀️ SPLISH SPLASH WATER BASH! ☀️💦 Our AR goal achievers had an absolute blast cooling off and celebrating all their hard work! From water slides to nonstop fun, these students earned every splash by meeting their AR goals this year!

Our Top 2 AR students in each grade had quite the celebration today! Originally, they were supposed to ride in a limo, but with so many amazing readers, we had to upgrade to a PARTY BUS! 🚌🎉

These superstar readers enjoyed lunch and a sweet treat at Dairy Queen and partied all the way there & back! We are so proud of their hard work, dedication, and love for reading this year. Keep turning those pages, BES!

Registration for the Rising Kindergarten Summer Transition Program will be held on Tuesday, May 19th, & Wednesday, May 20th, from 4- 6 pm. in the GSCS Parent Service Center, 234 East Taylor Street, Griffin, GA. This program is FREE and designed to help rising kindergarteners with literacy, math, and social skills.
