UATX professor David Puelz has a new analysis out on admissions at seven Texas medical schools. He found that applicants with similar academic records were admitted at very different rates by race. Puelz and Do No Harm, which published the report, are now asking the UT system to release its admissions data from after the Supreme Court's 2023 ruling on racial preferences. The schools have so far declined.
