I forgot to post this, but yesterday we made sun tea to welcome the summer solstice, and it turned out so good.

If you’re making it with kids, let them do the work. Chopping the fruit and talking about what’s happening makes it such a fun teaching moment.

We’re excited to try a new flavor each week this summer.

I’m not sure if daycares will allow this, but I know a lot of stay-at-home mamas and babysitters follow me too, and I share content for them as well, so try not to yell at me too much in the comments.😅

When children learn to pause and notice their breath, it can support self-regulation, focus, and emotional awareness.
