El plan estratégico establece cinco objetivos distritales centrados en el éxito estudiantil, el apoyo al personal, la comunicación, la planificación de instalaciones y la gestión financiera responsable. Para el año 2032, Manor ISD aspira a lograr que el 95 por ciento de los estudiantes se gradúen preparados para la universidad, una carrera profesional o el servicio militar, al tiempo que continúa fortaleciendo los sistemas que apoyan el aprendizaje en todo el distrito.🎯

The strategic plan establishes five district goals focused on student success, staff support, communication, facilities planning, and financial stewardship. By 2032, Manor ISD aims to ensure 95 percent of students graduate prepared for college, careers, or military service while continuing to strengthen the systems that support learning across the district. 🎯

Today, we celebrated our incredible 4th-grade Dolphins and all they have accomplished this school year! 🌟 From academic growth and perseverance to leadership, friendships, and memorable moments, our students have worked incredibly hard all year long.
We are so proud of each student recognized today and all the dedication, determination, and growth they demonstrated throughout the year. It was a celebration filled with smiles, applause, and proud moments shared by students, families, and staff. 💙✨

🎓💙 5th Grade Bridging Ceremony at Decker Elementary! 🐬
Today we celebrated a huge milestone as our 5th-grade Dolphins crossed the bridge and prepared for their next adventure—middle school! 🌟
Over the years, these students have grown academically, socially, and emotionally, creating memories, building friendships, and accomplishing incredible things along the way. We could not be prouder of all they have achieved.
While we will miss seeing these amazing Dolphins walk our halls, we are excited to see all the wonderful things they accomplish in middle school and beyond. Congratulations, 5th graders—you will always be part of the DES family! 💙🐬✨
