Texas Legislature Begins Interim Hearings Ahead of 2027 Session - ATPE News Texas lawmakers have begun interim hearings ahead of the 90th legislative session, holding major discussions on key issues affecting public education in Texas. ATPE is engaging members and sharing educator perspectives with legislators.

Some of your Region 4 officers were lucky enough to head to Region 1 ATPE this weekend to collaborate and learn at their leadership training. What started 4 years ago with a simple invite to then Director Eli and President Jay has now been an invite to the entire Region 4 board. It was great seeing familiar faces, meeting new friends and working with our neighboring Region. THIS is what ATPE is about. Learning, growing, collaborating, and long lasting friendships. Thanks again Region 1 for the warm welcome and hospitality! 💕
