Emma Hasbun, a Texas ProStart graduate, recently got to meet and cook with legendary chef and restaurateur, Thomas Keller. Emma said, “Beyond the meal itself, the interaction was meaningful and inspiring—an unforgettable moment that reflects the strength of mentorship and dedication in the culinary journey inspired by my high school instructor, Chef Aaron Ward.
