From sharing industry insights to encouraging the next generation of culinary talent, moments like these remind us how important it is to invest in the future of hospitality. We love connecting with the future leaders of our industry and can’t wait to see what these students accomplish next!

We appreciate the Jack E. Singley Academy Culinary School for inviting i Fratelli's very own, David Cole to join the culinary students in the kitchen.

Texas ProStart paves the way for the next generation of restaurant leaders through providing extraordinary experiences. Here’s proof.

Emma Hasbun, a Texas ProStart graduate, recently got to meet and cook with legendary chef and restaurateur, Thomas Keller. Emma said, “Beyond the meal itself, the interaction was meaningful and inspiring—an unforgettable moment that reflects the strength of mentorship and dedication in the culinary journey inspired by my high school instructor, Chef Aaron Ward. It was truly a proud and rewarding occasion for me.”

Thank you to everyone who made Second Chances month a success! With your help, we raised $7,620 in April! All donations will benefit the Second Chances program.

Through your support and impact investments, over 1,250 Texas employers are already creating second chances by hiring graduates. By preparing these graduates for reentering society, their recidivism rate drops to just 2 percent.
