SKILL PRACTICE WARMUP
Whether it’s with a barbell or a gymnastics movement, the skill practice piece of the warmup is an integral part of the workout.
It allows you to wake up that neuromuscular connection.
It allows you to run a diagnostic on yourself to see how your body is feeling in different positions/progressions.
It allows you to dial into any timing necessary to perform said movement well.
It also gives your coach an opportunity to give any feedback before any load or speed is implemented.
Don’t just go through the motions during this portion of the workout.
Dig deep, dial in and let’s take that next step of progress.💪🏼

NOT JUST FITNESS
We sometimes get caught up talking about strength, cardio, fat loss, flexibility, balance, coordination and aesthetics.
However, underneath all of that is what is truly happening…
showing up for yourself when it’s hard. You build trust with your own word. You learn to sit with discomfort and keep going. You start to believe you are capable of more in every area of your life.
This shift is what changes people, not just the six pack or just the scale. The body just follows a mind that’s learned not to quit. When that light is turned on, a coach knows a life is changed for the better.

Check in with your Coach for your goal reviews to stay on track or re-establish your path towards your goals for the remainder of the year.
