An incredible tuna breakdown and cultural culinary experience tonight at Springdale General from Uroko π
Chef TakΓ© led a live breakdown of a whole tuna, starting with a traditional blessing and moving through each precise cut, then serving fresh hand rolls right after. Guests also got to try sake tastings and even scrape meat from the bone (nakaochi).
Special thanks to everyone who came through to experience it together.
