That's exactly why we created our Jump Start Program.
Too many young athletes jump straight into sports without ever learning the fundamental movement skills that help them succeed. Speed, agility, coordination, balance, jumping, landing, and body control are all skills that can be developed.
At Jump Start, athletes ages 8-12 learn the four movement skills every athlete needs:
⚡ Speed & Acceleration
↔️ Lateral Movement
🦘 Power & Plyometrics
🔄 Agility & Footwork
The best part? We teach these skills through fun drills, relays, races, obstacle courses, competitions, and games that keep kids engaged and excited to learn.

This time last year, the gym looked completely different.
We were tearing up floors, rolling out 1,500 sq ft of turf, installing brand new state-of-the-art equipment, and building the space we had envisioned for years. Long days, late nights, and a whole lot of work behind the scenes.
Now a year later, it’s incredible to look back at how far things have come.
Thousands of training sessions.
Athletes getting faster, stronger, and more confident.
Adults changing their lifestyles and building consistency.
A community that continues to grow every single month.
What started as a renovation project turned into something much bigger than equipment and turf. We built an environment where people can chase their goals and maximize their potential every day.
Crazy to think this was only one year ago. We’re just getting started. 💪🏼

🔥 Adult Small Group Training (18+)
Monday-Friday:
8am, 9am, 5pm
6pm Monday-Thursday
Our adult small group training combines strength training, conditioning, mobility, and accountability in a motivating group environment. Perfect for busy adults looking to build strength, lose body fat, improve energy, and stay consistent this summer.
🔥 NEW: Jump Start Program (Ages 8-12)
Monday/Wednesday: 6pm
Tuesday/Thursday: 10am
Our new Jump Start Program is designed for younger athletes ages 8-12 who want to build the foundations of speed, agility, power, coordination, balance, and confidence in a fun and encouraging environment.

Available by appointment
Our private training programs are fully customized based on the individual’s goals. Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve performance or an adult wanting more personalized coaching, we’ll build a plan specifically for you.

We also offer team training for sports teams looking to improve speed, strength, conditioning, explosiveness, teamwork, and overall athletic performance.

Mid program retesting for Legacy Elite is DONE and the results have been 🔥🏀
Every athlete improved in at least one major category and a lot of them improved across the board.
A few highlights so far:
🏀 TWO athletes now have a 30 inch vertical jump
⚡ Some athletes dropped as much as 0.3 seconds off their 10 yard sprint times
💪 More explosiveness, more power, more confidence and we are only halfway through the program
This is what happens when athletes consistently show up and put in the work.
Proud of this group and the effort they have put in so far. The next phase is going to be even better 👀🔥
